ANAHATA GUIDE
Before purchasing a ticket, please read all of the following to fully understand what to expect from Anahata, and to get the most enjoyment out of this magical weekend in the sun.
Ground Rules
Even an event like Anahata needs a few rules to ensure an enjoyable
and safe environment for all participants:
-
Respect everyone. This event is all about love and sharing.
-
Leave no trace. Please love back the land you're on. We are grateful to be welcomed back to Merkaba Acres and wish to treat this land as happy and clean as it is.
-
Absolutely no glass. Please bring your beverages in plastic or Tetrapak containers only. First of all, glass breaks and hurts. Also, we take all of our garbage back with us, and glass is heavy to lug there and back. And finally, you don’t want to be made fun of by a bunch of hippies, do you? ;)
-
No cigarette butts on the ground. Please bring a small container to collect your cigarette butts and then emptying it into the garbage.
-
No litter. Bring you own garbage bags and please take all garbage back with you. We are doing our best to minimize our plastic footprint – please help us out. In case you don’t have your own garbage bags on hand, there will be bags available, for garbage, recycling and compost.
-
Fires in designated fireplaces only.
-
Be responsible for yourself and your actions.
-
Have lots of fun! ;)

Anahata Kitchen
Since the inception of Anahata in 2007 we create a hearth that produces warm nourishment and hydration for Anahata participants. Cooking together and sharing a meal is something so deeply rooted in our human nature and it provides nourishment not just for the body but for the soul and heart as well. Having communally cooked meals also frees up the time for participants to have more fun and is easier on the environment.
A dishwashing station is set up during each meal, so please bring your own dishes, avoid using disposables.
We proudly design the menu in such a way that even the picky kids can find something to enjoy.
Meals
Vegetarian meals will be cooked twice a day, for brunch (12pm) and dinner (8PM).
Saturday and Monday brunch will include granola, dairy and vegan yoghurt, bread and spreads. In addition to granola, Saturday brunch will feature scrambled eggs and Sunday brunch will feature fruit salad.
Dinners will be artfully prepared by our chefs and you can expect a tasty vegetarian meal that will give you energy to dance the night away.
One of the dinners will be prepared by Zsolt, the infamous maker of the Zsolt Sauce.

Personal Drinks
You are welcome to bring your favourite drinks. Make sure you do not bring glass containers. Please take a reusable mug/cup for cold and hot drinks.
