Prepare yourself for a weekend full of adventures!
Workshops
This year we will have more workshops, including meditation, dancing and yoga, taking place throughout the weekend. If you've got skills to share (and I'm positive you do), please write here with your ideas, they will be very welcome. If there's something special you would like to experience during that weekend, please let me know, and together we can make it happen.

- Sound circle — Explore your voice, practice deep listening and mindful sounding that open the heart and invite harmony
- Meditation — Being in the nature invites meditative state, deepen your mindfulness through gently guided meditation, allowing yourself to rest in the present through deep awareness.
- Autosuggestion and progressive relaxation — following the yoga workshops, experience deep relaxation through relaxing the body, mind and spirit
Nature hikes
The nature around Petroglyphs is very inviting, and there are trails all over the place, so those who wish, will have an opportunity to have some quiet time with nature. Please be kind to it, leave no trace. This is crown land, it maintains its natural beauty because those who come there do their best to leave it clean.
Swimming in the waterfalls
Petroglyphs are famous for the "fountain of life" — a natural jacuzzi created by fresh water streaming down into a pool of bubbles. Swimming in those bubbles is extremely refreshing and rejuvenating. There are some rocks to sunbathe on and to jump from.
Henna tattoos
We will be doing henna and jagua tattoos. Jagua tattoos are black and look like real ones, but wash off in a week or so.
Music
Great music is on to accompany this experience, played on Saturday into the night. On Sunday some light tunes will greet the afternoon. Please check Anahata Sounds for more details about the music and our magical DJs.
Food (nom-nom)
Vegetarian meals will be cooked twice a day, for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast will include tea, granola, bread and spreads. Dinners will be artfully prepared by our chefs and you can expect a tasty vegetarian meal that will give you energy to dance the night away. Don't forget to bring your own snacks to treat the friends and to munch on during the day, if needed.
